Membership Refund Policy
All membership fees paid to the Pilbara Aboriginal Business & Industry Association Inc are non-refundable. This policy applies to both new memberships and membership renewals, regardless of the payment method used or the duration of the membership term. The PABIA operates as a not-for-profit organisation, and membership fees are allocated towards various initiatives, events, and resources that benefit all members. These funds are used to provide continuous support, advocacy, networking opportunities, and business development programs to our members. Due to the nature of these ongoing commitments, we are unable to offer refunds on membership fees. Members are free to cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to the PABIA. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of the membership term.
